Our Major Collaborations
Interface meetings
The purpose of this was to introduce the Suposhan project and establish a solid rapport so that the agency could, later on, receive support for implementation from the dignitaries.
Joint events with CSOs
A combined meeting with the front-line healthcare professionals was held at the AWC Purnai Hat. We gave a brief overview of our organisation and discussed the plan, strategy, and work completed by our team during the meeting.
Advocacy
At the village, panchayat, block, and district levels, we conduct discussions and carry out advocacy efforts.

Akil Dahar (Way of Wisdom)
The project was designed to comprehend the educational concerns of the communities residing in the Bihar and Jharkhand interstate border region.
Roshni-Suposhan
The goal of this project is to improve the status of nutrition among the Mushar community.
Disaster Risk Reduction (Flood Rehab)
We reached out to the flood-affected vulnerable communities in the Katihar and Araria areas and provided early support in the form of dry ration kits and eventually shelter kits.
Infrastructure Support
Infrastructure support was provided to various educational institutions by our team with the assistance of various renowned organizations like Manos Unidas.
Covid-19 Response
We teamed up with St. Peter’s English Medium School in order to ease the suffering of the disadvantaged, underprivileged families in Purnea by providing dry ration kits to the beneficiaries of Nagar Nigam.

The organization has undertaken numerous activities in rural areas, addressing the needs of marginalized communities (like the Scheduled Tribes in Bihar).
There was time for the animation programs for children, adolescent and women in particular where groups were formed and strengthened. The area is affected by natural calamities practically every year and the worst affected are the focused groups in the area. Most of the focused communities have been so far from among the marginalized communities such as STs, SCs, Dalits, Mahadalits and minorities in the line of priority of PSES, Purnea. They were animated to strengthen their groups and know their rights and duties as citizens of our country. Poverty, ill health and illiteracy have adversely affected the focused groups at all levels.
The organization has its success and setbacks in the process of working among the focused groups but such interventions have given many leanings to us. We continue the good works possible with the available resources in and around the coverage area of the organization i.e. the Purnea Commissionery. The organization was supported by National and Inter National agencies in implementing various projects and programs in the years past.
We acknowledge the support of Government Agents, funding agencies and likeminded Civil Societies, who have stood with us in reaching out to the most vulnerable communities in rural areas in particular. PSES does look forward to continue its empowering activities among the population who are at the margin with the support of networking with likeminded individuals and agencies.
The Almighty has showered innumerable blessings on PSES, Purnea at various stages of its existence and we implore his blessings on us always.

We primarily serve the 4 Civil Districts in the northeastern part of the Bihar state of India, i.e, Araria, Katihar, Kishanganj, and Purnea.
